Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
Institutions may cancel their auto-renewal at any time prior to the annual billing cycle renewal date through the Platform Settings or by contacting support.
2. 14-Day Onboarding Guarantee
For new annual subscriptions, if EduCodex fails to meet the verified product specifications during the initial 14-day onboarding window, a full refund may be requested by writing to sales@educodex.co.in.
3. Separately Billed Services
Completed custom implementation hours, on-site campus training, and third-party messaging usage (WhatsApp / SMS) are non-refundable once consumed.
